Почему не жалую. Жалую очень даже. На физиотерапию надейся, но и сам не плошай. Есть много достаточно обоснованных методик. Но, для домашнего использования можно рекомендовать лишь всякие грелки да массажи. Аппарат ЭУВТ или низкочастотной электромагнитной или ультразвуковой стимуляции домой не купишь.

"Electromagnetic stimulation has been used since the early 1970s in the treatment of delayed unions and nonunions, with reported success rates of 64% to 85%, but it has not been proved to be effective in the treatment of fresh fractures. Double-blind prospective studies have shown positive effects of electromagnetic stimulation on the healing of femoral (Borsalino et al.) and tibial (Mammi et al.) osteotomies. In a small double-blind study of 13 patients undergoing limb lengthening, Eyres et al. found that electromagnetic stimulation had no effect on bone healing; however, patients with electromagnetic stimulation had less osteopenia in the cortical bone distal to the distraction site at 12-month follow-up. The effects of electromagnetic stimulation on the cellular processes of fracture healing are not well understood. Ryaby et al. showed that in vitro exposure of osteoblasts to electromagnetic fields stimulated the secretion of numerous growth factors, including BMP-2 and BMP-4, TGF-b, and IGF-II. Wang et al. identified the up-regulation of BMP-2, BMP-4, BMP-5, BMP-6, and BMP-7 but not BMP-3 and BMP-8 in response to a specific capacitively-coupled electrical signal. Their data suggest that an appropriate electrical stimulation could enhance bone healing by the upregulation of several bone morphogenetic proteins simultaneously.

Ой! Что-то я не уловила связи между исследованиями эффективности электромагнитной стимуляции в сращивании переломов и тем, что такой аппарат домой не купишь.К счастью, кости ломаются не так часто. Думаете, и от более прозаичных болячек типа соплей и т.п., которые нападают регулярно, не существует эффективного домашнего прибора?
